Paint a Bunny Door Hanger!

You may be wondering…what does all of the above have to do with painting a bunny door hanger? Well, this is just one of the many fun designs you can teach others to paint! Trust me, with cute designs like this your parties will be hopping!! (hah!).

I have a video below showing you how to paint this cute bunny, but here are the basic steps you’ll take!

1. Gather Your Supplies

There are just a few things you’ll need to get going with this cute little guy! Of corse you will need paint and paint brushes. If you would like to purchase a wood cut out like this one I share all of my wood wholesalers inside Paint Party Headquarters! You can join the waitlist HERE!

2. Start with the Bunny

There are several pieces that come with this kit, but to start we’ll just paint the bunny white. I added white paint to the bottom, the ears/hair, and part of the face as you’ll see in the video.

Next, paint the inside of her ears pink.

3. Paint the Glasses

Here’s where you can add a little personality! I used my favorite gold paint to add a cute leopard print to mine. 🙂

4. Paint the Bunny Door Hanger Accessories

Next up, paint the “blessed” wording, and the flowers.

Add the whiskers, nose too!

5. It’s Shading Time

Shading is one of the most important parts of painting! It also happens to be one of the parts that seems to intimidate people. As a paint party leader, you can easily walk your class through how to do this – it’s surprisingly easy! Do not skip this step!
